Washing lines

PE/PP film washing line

For agricultural film, packaging film and post-consumer film. The line crushes, washes, dewaters and dries the film so it can go straight to pelletizing.

PP woven bag washing line

For PP woven bags, raffia bags and jumbo bags, including heavily soiled bags. Pre-shredding and repeated pre-washing remove sand and soil before the friction washer.

For PE, PP, BOPP, CPP and other films, non-woven fabric, filament and woven fabric. Output depends on the material and motor configuration.

Auxiliary machines

Plastic shredder

Breaks bulky waste such as film rolls, drums, pipes and bales into pieces before washing or pelletizing. A screen sets the output size, and auto-reverse protects the shaft from jams.

Pelletizer

Cuts the extruded strands or melt into uniform pellets at the end of the pelletizing line. The cutting method is matched to the material and output.
