Factory engineers travel for installation, commissioning and operator training. Travel arrangements and daily rates are stated in the quotation.
What is the warranty?
Warranty terms are set by each factory and written into the contract. Ask for the current terms with your quotation.
How long is delivery?
It depends on the line and the factory schedule. The delivery time is stated in the quotation and contract.
Who manufactures VJJ twin-screw extruders?
VJJ is the extruder brand of Kunwei, a twin-screw manufacturer with production in Chengdu and Jiangsu, China. Torqplas supplies VJJ extruders for export, and the contract is signed with the factory.
What output range do VJJ extruders cover?
From about 20 kg/h on laboratory models up to about 5,000 kg/h on production lines, depending on screw diameter, material and formula.
